When it comes to getting in shape and staying in shape, your outcomes (results) are solely dependent on your inputs (efforts). If You put in 50%, you'll receive 50%. If you put in 100%, that you will receive. There's absolutely no science to it ~ Chidi Ekebere.

You don’t have to kill yourself to look good and be physically fit. If that’s what you think, then you’re missing the point of exercise. My workout programs are about getting results fast, through quick, short time, but highly effective workouts. If it is too hard for you, No worries I will adjust to fit your fitness need. Will you still get fit? Please believe it!

The approach is the most important thing here. My workouts are about variety and intensity. My workout programs changes constantly so the body never gets a chance to adapt (muscle confusion), and intensity is needed to promote body change. You have to push past your comfort level to get results. The real key is to create effective workouts that fit your personal fitness level within a short time. This means you’re more likely to do them on a consistent basis. And working out consistently (3-6 days/week) is the most important factor in getting fit and staying fit.

The other key is simplicity. I keep my workout programs simple but effective to attain your fitness goals regardless of your fitness level and need. So, if you think it’s about killing yourself to look good, then you’ve missed the point. It’s about effectiveness. Finding the fastest, simplest way, to get fit. This does not only include exercises, but eating habits as well. If you follow my approach to training, then you will absolutely get results, Fast!

For those wondering if workouts are all it takes to get and stay fit, the answer is “NO”. Workout is only part of the journey and the other part is your eating habits. It’s not a rocket science. Just make the commitment, stay disciplined, and work. But don’t kill yourself in the process. Just do your best… and forget the rest!

Make exercise and healthy eating habits a lifestyle not just to fit in that wedding dress/suit, go on vacation, wear XS size shirt that doesn’t leave your body room to breathe in the summer  or to impress others. If you’re going to do it, do it right, and do it for yourself!! We Got Goals! Lets Go!!

The first word that comes to mind when I think of Chidi is integrity. His character and the high standard he demonstrates for his profession and you as a client set him apart from the average trainer. I decided to work with Chidi because “better than average” was what I wanted. I wanted a trainer that had the moral fiber, ethical principles and was invested in his work and my personal goals. I wanted to work with someone who would support me and push me to do my very best every time we worked out. I knew from meeting Chidi on day one that I would walk away at the end of our 9 weeks working together, feeling satisfied, knowing we both invested 100% and I would achieve the goals we had set for me in the beginning. I had some specific goals in mind that I spoke to Chidi about at our first consultation. I wanted to put a little size on my body and maintain the muscle I was working so hard to build and step on stage for my second fitness competition. I committed and I decided to work with Chidi a minimum of 2 days and sometimes 3 days a week to prep for the event.

He put together a meal and supplement plan that kept my body from wasting away and it was easy for me to follow. He also changed my meal plan every few weeks to ensure my body would stay in tiptop shape to step on stage.

My workouts were challenging, efficient and effective. To maximizing my hour long training sessions, often I was working several major muscle groups at once. The great things are; I was able to put on size, keep my muscles full and reshape some of my weaker muscle groups, even while dieting down for the competition. By the end of the 9 weeks I had a better body and I walked away with the exact results I wanted to bring to the stage.

There were days that were tough and Chidi hung in there with me. He encouraged me to push through some challenging moments. Every step of the way I got exactly what I came for.
